This role provides an opportunity to assist DIY and trade customers with technical product support, imparting your knowledge and expertise. You will lead trade sales and build the credibility of the store.
Rare Spares is the leader in the Australian Classic Holden & Ford restoration market, priding itself on exceptional customer service and quality products.
We are looking for experts who can provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge. You will build effective customer relationships, be a superstar seller and problem solver, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge.
The successful applicant will demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience, be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience, and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to trade and retail customers through expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
* Build effective customer relationships.
* Be a superstar seller and problem solver using up-to-date product information and knowledge.
* Communicate effectively in a technical and non-technical manner.
* Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
* Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
* Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
