The Role
We need a dedicated individual to own the end-to-end test management for our Workday Financials system. This is a critical role that requires a blend of business analysis and testing expertise. You'll be responsible for:
* End-to-end Test Management: Leading and coordinating all testing activities.
* Test Script Preparation: Creating and preparing comprehensive test scripts based on system configurations.
* Documentation: Developing detailed process and procedure documentation.
* Script Execution & Reporting: Writing and inputting test scripts into tools like Jira or Decipher.
* Training: Potentially delivering training sessions to end-users.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a Test Management Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday Financials. A background in accounting or finance is a significant plus, as is experience with process mapping and understanding financial workflows. You must have:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Workday environment, specifically with Workday Financials.
* Strong test management and coordination experience within an ERP system, with a focus on financials (not HCM).
* An accounting background or a deep understanding of accounting processes, including experience with process mapping, would be ideal.
* The ability to write detailed test scripts and manage them effectively using tools like Jira or Decipher.
