Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Myotherapist or Remedial Massage Therapist located in Carlton North, VIC. The therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, performing remedial and therapeutic massages, and providing advice on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Regular communication with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and keeping up-to-date with industry best practices are also essential tasks associated with this role.
Qualifications
* Experience in Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, and Musculoskeletal Assessment
* Skills in Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation Techniques, and Pain Management
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and team collaboration
* Ability to maintain accurate patient records and manage time effectively
* Degree or Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy or a related field
* Relevant certification and professional membership in Myotherapy
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Flexibility in working hours and a professional demeanor
