We're looking for a proactive and reliable Machine Operator to join our supportive team in Thomastown, VIC.
In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our production process—inspecting bricks, operating machinery, and helping us deliver top-quality products every day.
We'll provide full onsite training and ongoing upskilling, so you can feel confident and continue to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing
* Inspect bricks and make sure only the best leaves our site.
* Operate machinery and carry out routine quality checks.
* Keep the workplace safe and clean—because safety is everyone's priority.
* Support your teammates by lending a hand during breaks or breakdowns.
* Take pride in maintaining high standards and reporting any issues promptly.
Working Hours
Day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.
Flexibility is appreciated, and we'll always communicate clearly about extra hours.
What You Bring
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* A strong focus on safety and quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in production is great—but not essential
* A forklift licence is a bonus.
