About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our administration team on a 12 month contract.
You'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the leaders of our Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment as well as providing ad hoc assistance to the wider administration team.
You will perform all administrative functions and will need the ability to successfully balance assignments and a variety of tasks from multiple stakeholders.
You will be responsible for routine and ad-hoc tasks and will need independent judgment to plan, prioritise and organise your workload.
You may also interact with clients and other leaders across the practice and will need to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as would be expected of a professional in this role.
What You'll Do
General administration, including travel bookings, coordinating meetings and calls, and diary management calendars
Expense and invoice management
Assisting with the maintenance of client management resources including the input of data required for conflict management and to support our leaders
Assisting with the planning and coordination of events including staff and client functions
Handle phone queries
Work collaboratively with all other areas of the business including supporting other Executive Assistants and office administration staff as needed
Supporting the team to draft and format correspondence and presentations as required
Assist with the smooth running of the office and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience providing administrative support to multiple senior managers
Proactive, efficient and approachable
Experience in planning and coordinating events
High attention to detail
Experience in professional services environment desirable but not essential
Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively
Excellent communication verbal and written skills
Advanced level of Microsoft Office proficiency required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High level of computer literacy
This role will be required to work in the office
