This is a key role within our business, responsible for providing technical sales support to dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales and customer service staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment hire companies for construction, industrial, and DIY tools or hands-on experience as a tradesperson.

About the Role

* Manage day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical support through direct contact with customers and internal stakeholders.

* Monitor product performance, maintain records and coordinate improvements for technical problems, service issues and emerging product concerns to support proactive resolution and continuous product improvement.

* Establish and maintain relationships with key technical personnel across our portfolio of brands and suppliers both domestically and internationally.

* Support our product development program through technical insight, adherence and compliance to safety and design standards, prototype development, infield testing and analysis.

Skills and Experience
">
You should have a basic understanding and knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, and mechanical trades or related fields. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and technology literacy is also required.
