Role Overview
This is a key client-facing role responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering and directing calls
* Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Coordinating meeting room and conference bookings
* Preparing refreshments for meetings as required
* Managing incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
* Providing general administrative and file support
* Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and common areas to a high standard
* Monitoring and replenishing kitchen and staff amenities
* Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
About You
* Previous reception or client service experience in a professional environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional presentation and telephone manner
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and proactive approach
* High level of integrity and discretion
* Vietnamese language skills (spoken) will be highly regarded due to the volume of non-English speaking/ Vietnamese primary language enquiries we receive at this office.
