About The Role
Our client is a successful residential builder established for over 30 years with a reputation for building quality homes. Currently building around 200+ homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Construction Customer Service Administrator to serve as the vital link between our clients and construction teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the building process.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction journey.
* Coordinate communication between clients, construction supervisors, and internal departments.
* Manage customer inquiries, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of contracts, variations, and other documentation.
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, within the construction or residential building industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
* A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
