What You'll Do:
* Drive sales by upselling, product knowledge, and engagement.
* Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
* Own your space, delivering exceptional service whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
* Anticipate guests' needs and take opportunities to go above and beyond.
* Create unforgettable moments for teens, kids, and adults.
What We Look For:
* Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity.
* Customer service experience, hospitality, or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
* Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
* A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
