Flanco are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters, Operators Final Trim, Steel Fixers, and Supervisors to join our team in QLD.
About Us:
Flanco are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.
Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.
Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other carpenters, concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.
About You:
• Experience in a similar role - detailed excavation without GPS
• Earthmoving tickets: Minimum 2 years' experience at +-10mm tolerances
• All rounder experience and willingness to help out on the ground - formwork, steel fixing, concrete - essential
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum HR license essential.
• White Card
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
