Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our Business Office as a Theatre Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality customer service, manage bookings and administrative duties for our Operating Theatres, and work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, staff, and secretaries.
This role offers the opportunity to develop strong relationships with colleagues and provide exceptional support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Manage theatre bookings and coordinate administrative tasks
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare teams
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in medical reception or a related field
* Experience with Patient Management Systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
