We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will support the testing facility with the fabrication of test samples, general fabrication duties, and workshop maintenance. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
About the Role..
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate high-quality test apparatus and samples under the guidance of the Omnitest Facility Manager.
* Carry out fabrication tasks in a proficient and safe manner.
* Assist with test setup and preparation as directed.
* Provide support and training to customers when required.
* Maintain and service equipment to ensure reliable operation.
* Keep workshop, testing, and fabrication areas clean, safe, and organised.
* Monitor, maintain, and order stock as required.
* Prepare openings and structures for the installation of systems.
* Undertake additional duties as requested by the Facility Manager.
