Diploma Qualifed Early Childhood Educator (BBBH336617) Stawell, Australia
Salary: AUD 62,000 – AUD 70,000 per annum + location incentives.
Location: Stawell, Victoria.
Relocation Incentives: Tier 1 incentive ($9,000) for eligible educators + possible additional individual incentives.
About the Role
As an experienced Diploma Educator, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality educational programs for children aged 3 – 5 years. You will contribute to creating engaging learning environments, support children's development and wellbeing, and work collaboratively within a stable and experienced team.
The role may be offered:
* Part time within the Kindergarten program,
* Full time across Kindergarten and Long Day Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs.
* Contribute to observations, planning, and documentation.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
* Work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
* Support daily routines and contribute positively to the service culture.
* Maintain strong understanding and implementation of Child Safe Standards and Early Years frameworks.
Skills & Experience
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Minimum 12 months experience in a permanent paid Early Childhood Educator role.
* Experience working within Long Day Care and/or funded Kindergarten programs preferred.
* Sound knowledge of the VEYLDF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards.
* Strong written communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and professionally within a team environment.
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
