The RoleThis is an office-based, transactional customer service position supporting our national and repeat customer base via phone, email, and online orders.You will be responsible for:Processing daily customer orders (online & phone)Responding to email and phone enquiriesPreparing and following up customer quotesCommunicating delivery updates and backorders to customersSupporting national customer accounts day-to-day requirementsMaintaining accurate order and customer data in our systemThis role is fast-paced and detail-driven. Accuracy matters.
