Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government department to find a highly skilled DevOps Engineer / Release Manager – Salesforce Specialist. Our client is responsible for Australia's foreign affairs and trade relationships, connecting Australia with the world through diplomatic missions, trade promotion and international engagement. As the DevOps Engineer / Release Manager – Salesforce Specialist, you will lead and manage all Salesforce-related project and sustainment releases through the department’s Azure DevOps pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring secure, reliable and scalable release management aligned with best practice DevOps frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Manage all Salesforce project and BAU sustainment releases through Azure DevOps pipelines up to pre-production/staging environments. Maintain and continuously improve Azure DevOps pipeline configurations specific to Salesforce deployments. Oversee and support all Salesforce pre-production environments, ensuring alignment between environments, auto-generation of test data and secure privileged access. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to delivery teams on release preparation and to Salesforce administrators managing production deployments.
