You will join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 professions and trades.What's the Role:Reporting directly to the General Manager of Manufacturing, you will design and implement comprehensive training programs for Bradken's global foundry and fabrication sites. This role impacts workforce skills, safety protocols, productivity, and fosters a continuous learning culture. You will develop and implement competency assessment strategies, collaborate with Site Managers, HSE, and Safety BPs to oversee Training Needs Assessments (TNAs), ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.You will identify training needs through assessments, design targeted programs emphasizing safety, technical skills, and regulatory compliance, and deliver training via instructor-led, e-learning, OJT, and mentoring. Maintaining accurate training records, developing engaging resources, assessing training effectiveness, and exploring new training technologies are also key responsibilities.Key Technical Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing Technology)Certifications such as CPTDExperience in training and development, preferably in manufacturingExperience developing safety training programs and understanding regulationsThe role is based in Brisbane.If you'd like to be part of a team that's changing the game, please apply with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why this should be your next role.
