OverviewGFG Temporary Assist is part of the GFG Consulting Business and provides short to medium term temporary support placements for Local Government Clients across WA through the WALGA Temporary Personnel Panel.If you have prior work experience in Local Government Organisations (LGO's), have an adaptable and flexible attitude and can 'hit the ground running', then GFG Temporary Assist would love to discuss future opportunities with you.Our current staff are qualified and experienced professionals in their specialised field and are either; semi-retired looking for challenging short-term project/relief engagements; have young family commitments, but seek engaging work to fill the time when children are at school; have temporary work commitments but are still looking for other challenging engagements to fill the balance of their working week; or just prefer the flexibility of temporary work placement assignments.
Whatever your situation, if you have the necessary skills, experience and some capacity to provide temporary support services to our valued Local Government Clients, we are keen to talk to you.
We are currently seeking suitable candidates that have the following skills for temporary roles (3-12 month+) in metropolitan and regional LGO's:Senior Executive - InfrastructureEngineering Tech Officer (Traffic)Governance OfficerExecutive Assistant/AdministrationCivil Engineering Design/CADDProcurement OfficerMarketing/Communications OfficerFinance & Senior Finance OfficerHR OfficerIf you have skills in other areas of LG we would also be keen to speak to you and potentially list you on our database for any future temp roles that become available.All placements are short to medium term and are casual in nature so hourly rates apply and will be commensurate with experience and role.
