The goal of the team is to lift performance, capability, and engagement through leadership and management of the organisation's learning and development function.The portfolio of programs is diverse, spanning leadership, talent, succession, engagement, safety culture, diversity and inclusion, graduates, and study. This is a hands-on role suited to a professional who enjoys both the delivery of work as well as the strategic side of the role.
