Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising EPCM tender activities and contract administration, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with oversight and supervision of EPCM tender activities and contract administration
* Draft, review, and negotiate Owners Team contracts with contractors, consultants, and suppliers under allocated portfolios
* Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of contractual documents in accordance with company procedures
* Administer contract variations and amendments as needed
* Monitor EPCM packages of work at weekly procurement meetings
* Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documentation
* Analyse data for reporting purposes
* Request, expedite, and collate data for reports providing lead time
* Assist Principal Contracts and Procurement, Project Director, and other Managers with budgeting and regular reporting
* Oversee payment processes to avoid late payments and communicate with Finance Department as required
* Monitor and administer contractor's and EPCM's commercial management performance through construction phase
* Identify procedural non-conformances and assist in remedial measures as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* Prior use of Pronto or similar ERPs advantageous
* Will to travel to site from time to time and/or regularly spend periods of time at site as required
* Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration preferably within mining industry and interfacing with EPCM or EPC
