A respected not-for-profit organisation, backed by the Australian Government, is seeking a Senior ICT Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to join their small, high-performing team. This organisation provides safe, culturally appropriate accommodation across Australia, helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people access essential services such as health care, education, and employment.

Key Responsibilities
* Administer and troubleshoot M365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Active Directory, and Entra ID.
* Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching across a Windows Server and Desktop environment using VMWare (vSphere, ESXi).
* Manage and maintain information security measures aligned with internal policy and Essential 8 standards.
* Provide L2.5/L3 support and escalate guidance to L1 engineers; mentor junior team members.
* Oversee Juniper and Cisco networks across 40+ remote sites, ensuring connectivity and performance.
* Maintain Citrix VDI systems and support desktop virtualisation solutions.
Key Technical Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft stack: Azure, Endpoint Manager, AD, SCCM, Windows Server/OS, Teams telephony, SharePoint, GPOs, DNS/DHCP.
* Cisco and Juniper (Mist) network admin across distributed environments.
* Proficient in VMWare vSphere and ESXi.
* Experience with Citrix environments highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work under limited supervision in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
