About the role
Working as a Buys and Personal Finance operator at Cash Converters Frankston, you will work in a down to earth environment surrounded by awesome colleagues that are passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
Bring your unique self to the Buys Room and put your personal passions into practice as you work your magic on our equally diverse and loyal customer base to achieve a win-win outcome for us and the customer on the items they come to flip
Position is for part-time employment with 60 to 70 hours per fortnight on average.
Weekend availability a must.
Responsibilities
Genuinely care about our customers and make their day (and encourage them to return).
Build lasting relationships with our customers by actively listening to and understanding their needs.
Build relationships with people around you and project positivity into every interaction.
Achieve and then smash targets (yours and your team's).

Requirements
