About the Role
We're seeking a Construction Estimator to lead tender and quotation responses across fit‐out, refurbishment, and new‐build projects. You'll work within our Direct to Trade model, engaging subcontractors and suppliers directly to deliver best‐in‐class pricing and commercial outcomes for our partners.
What You'll Do
* Prepare and manage detailed estimates and tender submissions.
* Build and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier networks.
* Analyse costs, negotiate pricing, and identify cost‐out opportunities.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handovers and accurate cost centres.
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Cert IV in Building (Estimating).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in construction estimating.
* Skilled in responding to RFT/RFQ opportunities with strategic, well‐documented submissions.
* Proficiency in Cubit, Buildsoft, ProCore or similar systems.
