The Role
The Communications and Content Specialist role sits within the Marketing, Communications and Community team. This team protects and strengthens KPST's reputation, communicates our impact and priorities, and promotes our unique experiences. We also help ensure Kardinia Park is an inclusive, welcoming and safe place, while celebrating Geelong's rich sporting history.
The Communications and Content Specialist will coordinate the development and delivery of KPST's communications strategies. The role focuses on creating clear, consistent and engaging content across external channels to strengthen KPST's reputation, connect with our audiences and stakeholders, and support our organisational goals. This role will manage and help grow the GMHBA Stadium, Kardinia Park and Geelong Sports Museum social media channels.

About You
You will bring:
* Proven experience in communications, content creation, journalism, PR or a related field.
* Strong writing, digital editing and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for detail.
* Some experience developing and delivering multi‑channel communication strategies.
* Digital capability, including social media management and analytics.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects at once.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling messages.
* A passion for community impact, sport, events or public facing organisations (preferred but not essential).
