About the Role We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our implemenytation team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technology solutions to our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop into a product subject matter expert while managing the implementation and optimisation of our Springboard Talent Acquisiton platform across existing and new client accounts. As an Implementation Consultant, you will serve as the vital link between our customer, and implementation teams, ensuring seamless delivery of best-in-class technology outcomes. This role is central to client retention and expansion, offering clear pathways for career advancement as you progress from supporting implementations to leading complex project management initiatives. You will work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including implementation teams, onsite account managers, client decision-makers, and internal recruitment and development teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities * Support the implementation team in deploying existing and new technology solutions for clients, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes. * Collaborate with clients to understand and scope requirements, translating them into practical solutions through Statements of Work, proposals, and technical documentation. * Lead product demonstrations and educate customers on platform capabilities, building strong relationships with key decision makers. * Provide critical support during solution implementation into customer environments, offering ongoing assistance throughout the implementation process. * Liaise with internal teams and manage tasks to achieve project goals while identifying out-of-scope work and managing project expectations. * Conduct post-implementation training sessions with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization. * Work with clients and implementation teams to define and implement best practice implementation processes. * Contribute to solution design for new clients and feature requests, participating in continuous improvement initiatives. * Improve the sales-to-implementation handover process by leveraging best practices across projects. * Provide scheduled training to internal teams to enable self-service support with platform functionality. Required Qualifications * Demonstrable skill and experience working with SAAS platforms with a desire to grow in the implementation space. * Understanding of applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms. * Knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows. * Aptitude for learning new software systems and processes quickly. * Proven ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate strong time management skills. * Demonstrated success in identifying and developing process improvements. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams of clients and peers to achieve positive outcomes. * Strong logical and analytical thinking capabilities. * Ability to balance conflicting customer demands while maintaining attention to detail.
