Responsibilities
The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of the AUS 4WD Equipment store operations in support of AUS4WD Equipment, AUS Mechanical Services and Europcar responsibilities. This includes coordinating suitable coverage in times and supporting the Workshop team with administrative duties and parts ordering. The role involves providing support to the workshop staff by completing administrative duties, inventory management, and assisting with retail and trade sales to build the brand of "AUS 4WD Equipment" in all aspects. The candidate will help ensure that "AUS 4WD Equipment" delivers a premium retail service that maximizes the guest experience and supports the workshop and customers with the repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
Qualifications / Attributes
* Previous4WD retail accessory experience
* Previous experience in various vehicle types, and accessory fitment compatibility desirable
* Previous experience in practical application of a broad range of 4WD accessories required
* 4WD and adventure products enthusiast
* High level of verbal and written communication skills
* High level of administration skills to ensure job cards and invoices are completed on time
* Time management and coordination skills
* Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
