The role supports the Top End Community Development Director and Project Manager by enabling effective engagement with communities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and helping drive place-based approaches that empower local decision-making. This includes supporting initiatives that build local capability, enhance service delivery, and contribute to meaningful, sustainable outcomes across Top End communities.
