Administer and implement current and future home ownership products under the administration of Homes Tasmania, and manage the sale and/or disposal of Homes Tasmania assets such as vacant land, end‐of‐life assets, and surplus assets.

* Salary: $98,255 to $103,069 pro rata, per annum (plus 12.0% superannuation)
* Employment type: Fixed‐term, full‐time (3‐year period)

Key Responsibilities
* Administer and implement home ownership products.
* Administer sale and/or disposal of assets.
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated knowledge of a home ownership product administered by Homes Tasmania.
* High‐level understanding of the Tasmanian housing and real‐estate industry and property conveyancing lifecycle.
* Ability to interpret and analyse financial and contractual materials, legislation, regulation, and policy to make informed recommendations.
