You'll also be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, celebrates wins, and invests in your growth.**Your Roster & Hours*** Perm Part Time position* Monday and Tuesday 9.00am - 5.06pm**What You'll Be Doing****Your role is all about creating great experiences and keeping our Service Centre running smoothly. You will:*** Deliver warm, professional face‐to‐face customer service* Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, can‐do attitude* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person* Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and admin tasks* Keep customers updated on delivery lead times* Conduct vehicle repair inspections* Understand customer needs and educate them on our full range of services* Raise job authorities and issue invoices* Schedule repair bookings and manage workflow* Resolve customer concerns and follow up on queries**What You Bring****You're someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping people.
