Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join clients team.
This facility supports sports field operations and hosts sporting activities and events, working closely with sporting groups, contractors, and the wider community.
The role forms part of an operational team and contributes significantly to the overall customer experience of visitors and event participants. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The position offers approximately 15–30 hours per week, with availability required for evenings and weekends.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to the below:
* Client Inductions
* Group visitor packs are created and maintained accordingly
* Supervision and coordination of group arrivals, activities and departures
* Coordination of meal services
* Feedback collection
* Administrative duties
* Manage facility set ups and pack downs, meeting tight deadlines
* Emergent client issue response & escalation
* Emergency & Incident response
* General operational duties and cleaning
* Identify concerns within the facility and report according to process
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar role (tourism, hotel ,recreation and hospitality industries )
* Positive Blue card - mandatory
* Current first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
