ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in our Wangara head office on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the day-to‐day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes across the business, ensuring a positive employee experience through accurate, timely and professional coordination of onboarding/offboarding, employee movements, records management and general HR support activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage HR enquiries and provide timely, professional support to employees and stakeholders.
* Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation, inductions, PPE, training bookings, IT equipment and employee communications.
* Support internal employee movements, probation reviews, performance reviews and other people‐related processes.
* Maintain accurate HR records, databases and reporting requirements.
* Assist with coordinating and scheduling compliance training for site‐based employees.
* Liaise with apprentices, supervisors, and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to coordinate ongoing training and apprenticeship requirements.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
* Assist with HR projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
* Ensure confidentiality is maintained and deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
* Contribute to a safe, collaborative and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar (desirable).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach with a strong customer service focus.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.
* Must hold valid Australian Working Rights.
