About the Role
The Systems Engineering Manager oversees and coordinates Systems Engineering activities to meet customer requirements.
Leading and developing Systems Engineering activities for Training Equipment and Mission Equipment (Electronics and Optics) is a key responsibility of this role. It ensures Land 400 engineering activities are completed and delivered in compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering field or related discipline;
* A clear understanding of systems engineering process and functional baseline management;
* Proven experience leading a multi-disciplined team of engineering and technical staff;
* Ability to travel extensively when required;
* Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
