About the role:
As a Family Lawyer/Senior Associate, you will:
* Manage complex family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, and spousal maintenance
* Handle high net worth individuals and significant property portfolios
* Benefit from a supportive team environment with senior lawyer mentorship
* Engage in stimulating, challenging cases while maintaining a reasonable billable hours target
* Develop your career within a firm that prioritises growth, both professionally and personally
The ideal candidate:
* 3+ years PQE in Family Law with a focus on complex family matters
* Experience working with high net worth individuals is a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
* Self driven, client focused, and motivated to grow in your practice
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
