Are you a customer service champion with a passion for supporting vulnerable customers and delivering exceptional care? We are looking for someone to join our client's dedicated team providing empathetic, solution‑focused support to customers facing financial vulnerability or hardship.


Key Responsibilities

As a Support Services Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vulnerability, hardship, or financial stress. You will listen, assess their needs, and provide tailored support, ensuring each customer feels heard and supported. This includes helping customers navigate banking processes, identifying appropriate assistance pathways, and escalating cases when required. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate closely with specialist support teams, and uphold high levels of professionalism, empathy, and care throughout every interaction.


Qualifications & Experience

* Passion for delivering empathetic, person‑centred customer service.
* Resilience, patience, and emotional intelligence when supporting customers in difficult situations.
* Strong administrative and problem‑solving abilities.
* Experience in a contact centre, customer support, community services, or banking environment.
* Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure in a compassionate, customer‑focused environment.
