Overview:
The Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in strategically leading the Hospital Hearing Program to achieve key performance objectives and optimize patient flow through inpatient facilities. As an expert for Queensland Health, this individual is responsible for providing high-level management and leadership to hospital health services across the state.
This position requires advanced clinical knowledge in guardianship and administration, as well as exceptional skills in communication and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will possess the ability to provide consultation to social workers, clinicians, and executive staff on the management of adults requiring QCAT, and support clinician autonomy with the QCAT application process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Hospital Hearing Program to meet its key performance objectives.
* Provide high-level management and leadership to all hospital health services across the state.
* Support the leadership of the program with advanced level clinical knowledge and maintain clear communication protocols internally with all clinicians.
* Offer consultation to social workers, clinicians, and executive staff on the management of adults requiring QCAT.
