What You’ll Be Doing
As a Parts Interpreter, you will:
* Help customers identify and order the right parts using electronic catalogues and systems
* Accurately process sales, invoices, and stock movements using company software (e.g. CDK)
* Keep the parts department tidy, well-stocked, and running smoothly
* Source hard-to-find parts and ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers
* Answer customer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide expert advice
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience or formal training in parts interpreting or a related industry
* Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terms
* Confident using inventory and parts systems, with solid computer skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Great time management and the ability to work independently
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
