Our Opportunity
To support ongoing growth within Galintel, we are seeking a Store Person / Forklift Driver / Loader‐Unloader to join our Derrimut VIC operations. Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Warehouse Coordinator, this full‐time permanent role is hands‐on and operationally focused, supporting the safe and efficient movement of stock within our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy, who wants to contribute to a collaborative and high‐performing team.
Your Duties Will Include but Are Not Limited To
* Receive, check and store incoming stock accurately
* Pick, pack, load and unload orders safely and efficiently
* Conduct cycle counts and assist with stock control activities
* Prepare dispatch dockets, shipping documents and labelling
* Ensure damaged or short‐stock items are reported immediately
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse and dispatch areas
* Operate forklifts and other hand tools safely and efficiently
* Assist in training new staff and develop skills to cover operational roles as required
* Follow WHS policies, procedures and safe work instructions at all times
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
* Current Australian Forklift Licence
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Warehouse/Logistics Certificate II or III (preferred)
* White Card and/or WHS certifications (preferred)
* Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
* Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively
* Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence
