We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a background in luxury to lead and deliver an existing high end property on the Central Coast.
We are looking for people with experience in one or more of the below areas;
5 star hotel and resort backgrounds
Private estates, and high-net-worth property/asset management
Luxury residential concierge services
High end real estate backgrounds + hospitality experience
Please only apply if you have backgrounds in the above – candidate who do not have senior hospitality leadership experience will not be considered.

The role:
The primary function of your role is to ensure that the property and all times is immaculately presented and that the team you are leading at all times are delivering exceptional, five star guest services.
You will also be required to;
Create bespoke, customised events throughout the calendar year delivering exceptional hospitality activations (wine tastings, cocktail classes, etc)
Managing a small team of staff, including training and rostering
Managing external vendors and supplier relationships
Guest services – concierge
Providing reception and administration services with team
And much more
The property
The property is an absolutely state of the art, high end estate – we will walk suitable candidates through the detail of the venue over the phone if of interest.
Hours:
The venue will operate Monday – Sunday as such we require flexibility across a 7 day roster.
