* New business opportunities should be identified and pursued in conjunction with technical managers.
* Achieving accurate, presentable, and market-leading submissions requires close attention to detail.
* Client information maintenance and liaison with regional offices ensure tender submission accuracy.
* Collating information and communicating feedback to management is essential for growth and improvement.
* Sales and development team engagement is critical for success.
* Collaboration with Sales and Managing Directors on technical and commercial aspects of tenders drives results.
* Preparing written proposals and management summaries necessitates strong communication skills.
* Delivering compliant and commercially sound bids resolves complex business issues.
* Conducting post-bid reviews and gathering client/customer feedback enables continuous improvement.
* Maintaining rapport with Marketing Manager and clients is vital for sustained relationships.
