We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our Townsville Shopping Centre, driving increased sales and traffic, while also supporting our other Queensland centres where required.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in planning, developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that enhance business performance and commercial outcomes.

Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. About the role
* Develop and implement a marketing strategy and calendar that aligns with the needs of shoppers within the centre catchments
* Manage centre marketing budgets in line with the approved marketing strategy
* Maintain a vibrant marketing plan that strengthens centre performance, including developing and executing campaigns and activations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, community groups and other stakeholders
* Foster retailer engagement to support campaign delivery and help drive sales and traffic
* Report on return on investment to evaluate the success of campaigns and activations
About you
* Tertiary education in marketing, business, or a related field
* Experience in retail shopping centre marketing or as a Marketing Manager in a related industry
* Demonstrated experience across digital and social media platforms
* Ability to update website content and manage social media channels
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective time‐management capability
* Ability to interpret research data and insights
* Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
This is a full-time role based out of our Townsville Shopping Centre, working alongside the Centre Management team.
