Job Summary

* The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of electricians to achieve project goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Supervisor will be accountable for:
* Providing daily support and guidance to improve team performance and efficiency;
* Supervising, monitoring, and evaluating personnel to ensure all work meets quality and client specifications;
* Assisting in the creation of electrical and instrumentation work packs/test packs;
* Maintaining up-to-date work packs and job cards, ensuring all changes are accounted for in a timely manner;
* Liaising with internal engineering and project teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve project performance goals;
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* A trade qualification in electrotechnology, electrical instrumentation, or a relevant similar field;
* A valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Workers License;
* Qualifications in construction leadership and supervision;
* At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles;
* A valid driver's license (C-Class);
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience in the mining sector;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word;
* A high-risk work license (WP, DG, RB);
* West Australian residence;
