**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage orders from various farms and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of plants.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for our fleet of drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient route management.
Monitor, assess, and improve logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Handle any logistics challenges that arise promptly and efficiently, finding innovative solutions as necessary.
Collaborate with our customer service team to address any delivery concerns or feedback.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure product quality and availability.
**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in logistics or a related role.
Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for plants and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
