As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and maintenance. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service by managing service bookings, understanding customer needs, advising on appropriate services, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure efficient and timely vehicle servicing. Key responsibilities include: Liaising directly with customers to schedule and confirm service appointments. Providing clear and accurate information about service requirements, timeline, and costs. Collaborating with the mechanical team to monitor service progress and address any customer concerns. Ensuring all service documentation and records are accurately maintained. Upholding the premium standards and customer experience associated with a luxury automotive brand.
