The Role
This is the operational engine of our digital marketing function during a pivotal moment for the business. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll execute across organic social, email, paid media, website, video and internal comms — with AI baked into how you work, not bolted on after the fact.
A typical week might include:
* Building and scheduling Meta content
* Deploying a HubSpot campaign and a few automation flows
* Briefing our paid media agency on the next campaign drop
* Rolling out a CRO test with our dev partner
* Resizing hero assets for in-store screens and email
* Cutting a reel from existing footage in CapCut
* Publishing a destination guide drafted with AI assistance
* Pulling together the monthly internal newsletter
You'll Thrive Here If You:
* Have 2–4 years across digital marketing – broad, not narrow
* Know your way around HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Canva
* Use AI tools in your workflow daily (not just curious about them)
