**Laboratory Supervisor Opportunity**
We're seeking a motivated Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily laboratory operations, ensure safety and quality, and develop the team's skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead daily laboratory operations
* Direct team activities to meet client expectations
* Manage team rostering, payroll, and leave
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and training
* Oversee sampling, analysis, and reporting processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in coal laboratories
* Working knowledge of sampling, preparation, and analysis
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training or equivalent
* Strong safety awareness and administration skills
