The Position
* Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
* Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
* Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.
* Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.
The Person
* Strong barista experience, with confidence leading a small operation.
* Able to engage with a diverse clientele, from parents to school Executives.
* Reliable, organised, and takes pride in ownership of the café
* Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
* Hold a valid Blue Card
