We are seeking professionals with diverse skills and experience in Allied Health services, including assessments, therapeutic interventions, and vocational support. As a valued team member, you will work closely with clients who require additional support, conducting thorough assessments, providing counseling as needed, referring them to external services, and evaluating progress.

You will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and implement comprehensive assessment strategies to identify client needs;
* Offer counseling intervention utilizing various methodologies and psychological frameworks;
* Collaborate with medical professionals and community agencies to provide holistic support;

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Counselling, with eligibility for registration/ membership;
* Experience working within employment services is highly regarded but not essential;
* Demonstrated knowledge of psychology assessment/intervention strategies and their application;
* Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills;
* A proven ability to construct accurate and articulate case reports;
* Ability to work towards generating positive outcomes for clients; and
* Ability to provide a Police Clearance (within 6 months) and Work with Children's Check.
