The role
Primary Location: VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St.
Job Summary: This role is responsible for the ongoing administration and compliance of both internal and external resources within the ODM/NDM/BAT contracts, and for processing system access requests as the NBN Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of both internal and external resources within the compliance system.
- Assist subcontractors with their compliance requirements through phone and email support.
- Conduct compliance meetings with internal teams to present current status, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate compliance meetings with external resources to address issues and support subcontractors in meeting compliance obligations.
- Validate and process subcontractor documentation submitted into the compliance system.
- Manage and process NBN SPOC requests for system access.
- Act as the subject matter expert for compliance systems and processes within the ODM space.
- Perform all other duties as required to support compliance operations and business needs.
About You
- Confidently manage subcontractor records and ensure all compliance requirements are met before field deployment.
- Validate documentation, follow up on outstanding evidence, and elevate non‐compliance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate systems and prepare professional correspondence.
- Support audits, coordinate training, and prepare onboarding packs.
- Assist in resource procurement and ensure subcontractors meet our standards for capability, safety, and quality.
