Senior Coastal Engineer Role Overview
The Senior Coastal Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality coastal and maritime engineering services to clients. The successful candidate will work on projects involving the design, analysis, and management of complex engineering projects.
This role requires a strong understanding of coastal and maritime engineering principles, as well as excellent project management skills. As a senior engineer, you will be involved in planning and conducting projects while collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Scoping and managing metocean studies
* Marina and small craft facility design
* Planning and design of coastal and maritime infrastructure
* Manage the delivery of coastal and maritime engineering projects according to HSE and QA policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil, Structural, or Maritime Engineering (or similar) and at least 6 years of commercial experience in a similar role. You should also possess established knowledge and experience in asset management, maritime structures, and port engineering.
