The Multimedia Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping TMM Painting’s brand identity, digital presence, and client communication. This creative position requires collaboration with the director, marketing, and operations teams, producing compelling visual assets that reflect TMM Painting’s premium services and aesthetic standards. This is a full-time role with 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine TMM Painting's visual identity across digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, role-specific flyers, business cards, and vehicle wraps.
- Create engaging graphics and visual storytelling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Design templates to support consistent brand communication and social media engagement.
- Conceptualize and produce digital assets for the company website’s gallery and project showcases.
- Design site signage that reinforces the company’s visual identity across work locations.
- Develop a digital portfolio to support marketing campaigns and client proposals.
- Produce videos for advertising campaigns (ads) on social media and Google.
- Format before-and-after project visuals for marketing materials and online displays.
- Design visual aids for complimentary color consultations, including digital mood boards and swatch presentations.
- Support printed and digital presentation materials for client meetings.
- Work closely with operations and site teams to capture content aligned with the company’s quality and aesthetic standards.
- Ensure all assets reflect TMM’s commitment to clarity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Assist in planning and editing short-form video content such as project timelapses, walkthroughs, and testimonials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in multimedia or graphic design, preferably in construction, home improvement, or trade-related industries.
- Experience producing design assets for external-facing channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with website content management (e.g., WordPress, Wix) is highly desirable.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Strong visual sensibility aligned with high-end branding and coastal aesthetics (reflecting TMM’s focus on quality, durability, and style in a coastal environment).
- Understanding of color theory, especially in designing consultation tools or palettes.
