About you
There are no mandatory qualifications required to undertake this position, however the ideal candidate will be a team player that is passionate, positive and enjoys varied and interesting work, with a strong interest in fire management – no two days are the same.
Your organisational skills will be key in managing competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your team is important to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.

Courageous and ethical leadership with advanced communication skills
Experience in fire and pest management and protected area management
Organisational, project management and teamwork skills
Leadership skills with the ability to problem solve and mentor others
